Hi,
I have been a landed immigrant since 2002 and been in and out of canada and definitely would not satisfy residency requirement of 730 days in 5 years.
I have considered to relinguish my PR status voluntarily sa as not to jeopardize any future visit to canada in the future.
I have to fill up the IMM 3358B to do this .... I have been to the high commission here but they only have form 3359B and the reception did not allow us to see an officer and insisted that the 3359B for was "the same" form .... i search the internet for the form to download but could not find ... some sites indicated though that the from is electronically available but did not give me the URL.
Can anyone help me to find the form 3358B to download.

I was the original poster of this thread.
FYI, I had been able to relinquish my PR status on Feb 2008 (3 months after I started this thread).
It is the form 5539B indeed that I needed and was not available for download from the internet then no matter what their website said.
I had to get it directly from the High commission.
To the last poster before this, It may be a hazzle to even give up the PR status but had to do it, lest I risk being unable to travel to canada again (which I did a few times since i relinquised my PR status).
I visit canada with a 3-yr multiple-entry visitor visa which i am sure i would not have gotten if i failed to relinquish the PR Status officially.
