Hi , can i get a service in Canada with out of date PR card?
(like renew my driver license , medical card and so..
my PR is end in the end of the month)
and what about my SIN number , is he still valid ?

Since from your posting you are PR then the answer to all of your questions is yes except your SIN# does not expire.
