| Subject: What forms are needed for spouse application |

Hi,
I got recently married, my application was under process and after changing my marital status I have received a letter informing me to fill out spouse application and fees, I am confused as to what forms I need to fill out and send, can anyone please help. Because I got no forms just a letter stating the things I need to submit for my application process to continue

You need to be more specific... you applied under what category? I am sure they mentioned the name of the forms you need to fill out... just go to:
www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp or check out the bottom of the letter they sent you for the web site of the office you applied to and look under ´forms´ find the form they ask you to fill out... print it out and that´s it!

I applied in the skilled worker category. They didn´t mention any forms, just that I need to submit spouse documents and application fees.

Sorry... but the website may not appear at the bottom of your letter... but many times they actually tell you on the letter where to go to get the forms... read carefully...
In my case they asked me to go to:
ww.canada.org.uk to get all the forms they asked me to send... perhaps you can find the forms you need there as well... try it...
