Hi there. My application has been filed with the following NOC categories shown for experience: 2281 (Computer and Network Operators and Web Technicians) and 2282 (User Support Technicians). Now both of these are categories fall under "Technical Occupations - Computer and Information Systems". My query is as follows... I have a B.E (Electronics & Telecommunication) degree from an Indian University, and I am also Microsoft certified. I have about 6 years experience now in the IT support and Computer Networking fields, and I have previously worked as a System Engineer (IT Support) and also as a Helpdesk Analyst. I am presently working for an MNC in Abu Dhabi, and would like to know if I have to get my degree accredited by any organisation in Canada (Alberta or BC).... and if so, whom should I get in touch with. Hope anyone can advice me on this. Thanks.
