| Subject: Perm Residence application |

Hi, I am currently living in Canada with my Canadian spouse. Was issued with a working holiday visa but am now looking to apply for Permanent Residence. Under the spouse or common law application its says i require criminal record check. I had one done at local BC police station do i require one from UK as well??

Yes you do need one from each country you have lived for more than 6 months since the age of 18.
