Friends,
Firstly, Happy New Year to you all. Folks i intended to file application for Skilled Worker Program. Currently my experience is three and half years. I calculated my points 69 if i picked all fours for english language that i believe i would attain through ielts before application evaluation. Now i need to know that whether experience will be counted till the day i file application or the day of its evaluation.
I will appreciate people positive responses

Your experience will not earn any more points after you´ve filed your application,or once you´ve reached the minimum requirement. But, it does matter to have a very ggod experience along with you when you look for job once you are there (speaking thru personal experience).

be very clear about your 16 points for language. Several members of this forum have been caught declaring full points and needing them... only to discover the test results do not validate their claim and they were falling under the 67 point minimum.
