hi good day and happy new year to you sharon and roy.
i just wanna ask regarding the requirements for permanent residents under spousal sponsorhip. Im just quite confuse in the document checklist for immigrant. for no. 6 Identity and civil status. do i need to submit all like the birth cert, baptismal, cert, cert of no previous marriage and marriafe cert.? In my uderstanding, i just need to submit a birth cert and marriage cert. Am i right?

Without looking at the required document list there is normally a list of items that can be submitted and a box for that item and then to the right a box for that section of documents listed in that area.
One is sufficent for each area.
