It has been more than 4 months since my Medicals were received by Ottawa office and I am still waiting for PPR.
Is there anything I can do at this stage ? Emailing CIC does not seem to be very useful.
I heard that many people get PPR after 2 or 3 months after medicals. I know everyone case is different, it is just that I am getting very worried that I still did not get anything despite the fact that I completed Medicals in August.
Isn´t there any 90 days limit ?

I think you should first try to confirm from the Bank that your RPRF fees have been encashed by the Consulate or not.
And try to order CAIPS notes as soon as possible which will normally take 4 to 6 weeks and you can determine the comments on why they are still holding up without sending PPR request after medicals.
I hope all your Police clearance related to India, US are all done and delivered to the Buffalo Consulate.

Hey cbv333 i am same baot ....4 months still hear nothing. i try to email but sthey reply . medical result received but not sure when my case will be finalize. so then i still waiting waiting.....

I ordered my CAIPS note early December so I am eagerly waiting for this now. This will say if they cash my RPRF fees and hopefully more than that.
Yes all my PCCs were sent when requested.

Guys due to the holidays plenty of staff take additional time off. Hang in there think positive and all will be fine.
