My friend applied about 1 and a half months before me. And she got IA 4 months ago. Recently her ECAS has shown DM which suggests she will get her PPR very soon. But why I still haven´t got the IA? Everything of mine is genuine and I score much higher. Why this happens to me?

are you at the same embassy? how do you know the decision made is positive for your friend. have you changed addresses since you filed your application?
lots of questions and lots of factors that can affect the differences in timing.

Yes, same embassy. I´ve never changed my address.
My friend did her medical exmination a few months ago and her landing fees were debited already. I assume the DM is a good sign, am I right?

Asking Why ask yourself this question is all the employees at your work place equal. Do some work faster, are some more sloppy or picky in their work.
Everything we do we interpret and I´m thankful that we are not all clones of one another.
Waiting is tough but when things come too quickly they are not appreciated as much as they should be.

Don´t you know the (real) story of the twin brothers who have both applied together (they have same education, background, medical ...) under SW class at Buffalo then .... one got his visa and the other is still waiting.
So asking why ?
