Subject: interview
my husband had his interview this morning, the interviewer kept asking the same questions at least 5-6 times just in a different manner, does anyone know what would be her reasoning for this, she also asked him questions that were not on the application regarding my family,,, after the interview do they the interviewer usually call the person that sponsored ,, should i be expecting a phone call,,, also how long does it normally take to find out anything, she told him he should either get a letter in a month or called back to the embasy in ankara, turkey, if anyone has any information or has went through the interview process, any help would be appreciated

Well you probably did the forms yourself thinking, "we are in Love anyone can see that" and you made a HUGE mistake!

The issue is clear but your not seeing it! It is as clear as a pimple on someone else´s forehead that they can not see themselves. Or something stuck on your teeth right at the front.

Go back over each form that has any question relating vaguely to the repeat questions he was asked. Check the dates, you screwed up!

Cross your fingers and prey to whom ever and if you loose hire some Professional with lots of experience in spousal appeals that wins at the (ADR) alternate dispute resolution stage. You don´t want to have to wait for the full appeal---probably two years.

Everyday I see people who swallow the crap on the CIC web site which states you don´t need an authorized representative. This is your future the partner you want to be with soooooo badly and you did the forms yourself.

Last week I spoke to a potential client who thought she was right and after explaining the process ten times to her she finally admitted that the mistake was hers alone.

Some people with just a little knowledge act so confidently they can easily convince others that they know all the answers when they actually know none. Normally they turn into con artists.

Look long and hard, the answer, is there, you did not prove your relationship strongly enough. Let´s hope that there were enough right answers to overcome the wrong ones on the forms.

After my wife´s interview they kept the passport and said they will reply back in 2-3 weeks. Is this a good sign? Do they usually keep passports even if they are not going to grant visa?
