I am currently on two years work permit. I just find out I am pregnant. do i have right to give birth in this country?? will my child be canadian??

If you don´t exceed the validity of your work permit by the time the baby is born you are fine.
If you do, I am not sure, maybe others in this forum know the answer better.
Babies born in Canada are canadien citizens.

(in reply to: question) You obviously have a Provincial Medical card being on a valid work permit employer specific. You will be covered and the second the baby is born will also be covered by the same provincial plan.
Your child will be a Canadian but you should also register him/her in your own country of nationality.
