Hi all
In one of the form i have to filer fathers name , his birth date also about half brothers and sister.
My mom and father has been seperated since my birth, i know only father name. I have heard i have got some half borthers.
But neither do i know there name nor birthdate
Should i leave those option in the form blank??
any suggestion would be appreciated

No you do nto leave them blank! You MUST write UNKNOWN if you do not have clear information. Write unknown in your handwriting. Clearly print the word. If you have an explanation, you can attach additional sheets or make your case to the officer in the form of a long letter to go with your application.

I agree with America refuse,
fill it as unknown and explain on the separate sheet, just like how you exlpained on htis forum.
Also, you can write as NOT APPLICABLE, they are not going to need your half brother´s info, unless if you wanna sponser him after you get you PR, which I don´t think it is the case for you.

thanks for the reply. I would like to clarify about marital status. My mom is not married so status is Divorced. but my father has married to another women.. what should i fill in his marital status? .. Married????
