| Subject: to appeal an interview decision |

I have a friend who tried to get sponsored to Canada by the so called resetlment of refugee from out side Canada.The thing is he was called for an interview and was rejected by the officer.My friend said and thinks his personal history was not correctly written by the one who wrote for him in English.So is there a way that he can rewrite his case and make an appeal for the decision made in the interview??? My friend he is presently living in Sudan in a refugee camp under UNHCR protection.He posses UN refugee ID.
