| Subject: PCC (less then 6 months stay) |
Hi All,
I was wondering if CIC can ask for PCC from a place where u stayed less then 6 months.
One forum member reported (Pamie ) such case.
My husband went to UK but only for period of 4 months.
Should i apply for PCC for UK ????

Based on the history of residential addresses you have completed in your application, CIC will send you a request asking for the PCC and required from which countries and by when.
If the stay is only for 4 months, I dont think CIC is going to ask for PCC from UK. So, Please apply for PCC to only those countries which CIC asks for and not in advance.
