Subject: How can I handle this?
Actually i have problem in producing my Employment reference from my current employer, coz I don´t have to give them any Idea that I have plans of migrating abroad since hold vital position in the company and it is a big problem to them (so they might not give me these docs) or even tells something bad about me in my back ground investigation just to derail my plan.

But i really-really love to bring my family in Canada, what should I do?

Thanks for any input. =)

Obviously they want you to remain in your homeland and hopefully love it even if poor! Are you a slave by Nature? Why you want to abandon a loving country and concerned company and a secure position to end up in Canada without a job and without Canadian experience required for job finding? Good luck in your searches. I have seen more stupid people than this: they have actually migrated and forever complained about the difficulties in Canada, while drooling over the memories of comfort back "home".

To A.R.-
Some who migrate to Canada may complain about loss of "comforts", especially when coming from U.S. But those people you encountred immigrated for the wrong reasons. If comsumerism and materialism was the goal, their priorities are out of whack. More DVD players, IPODS, cell phones, supersized fast food, and endless shopping malls is not what many seek there. Many Americans seeking Canadian immigration look to other "comforts" not offered in the U.S. (social programs in case of need, less consumerism, more social cooperation, less violence and guns, and a non-war mongering govt.). It depends on one´s definition of "comfort". So please don´t criticize all U.S. emmigrants as if they´re slaves of material comfort.

I think you should find some other evidence to show about your experience. You must have tax forms, pay slips, and send them a brochure of the company. You need to somehow confirm all the details of your position too. Then you could possibly write an explanation to CIC about your delicate position regards to this matter. I am sure they will understand. If not, then they will only ask you more evidence later.
I explained some details about my funds in my cover letter, and up to this date they seem to be satisfied. Just be honest and good luck.
Regards to finding a job in Canada.I think it was difficult by the time I had to convince prospective employers, that I will get work visa if they write me an offer. I still got a job, even though I was given only 60 days to find one after my grad. Comparing it to being in my country after 8 years abroad, it has been a real pain to find a job. ( I live in western wealthy society). I have only done some casual work past year, and at the moment I am unemployed again. I really miss those cheap meals in Canada, and free things you can do, such as enjoying a great pure nature...hanging out...potluck dinners with friends. Those people in Canada that I have met, have possessed amazing philosophy about life. Canada makes me feel good.
