Hi,
Iam in the process of preparing my spouse application for sponsership. in the check list is saying that following document to be attached.
"A Computer printout of the most recent Notice of Assesment(Option-C Printout) and computerprintout of all income slips(eg:T4, T4E, T5, T5007) Available from the Canada Customs and revenue Agencey"
Iam a self Emplyoed working with Company on contract and I dont have T4,T4E,T5 or T500,
In this case Notice of Assesment Option C- printout and My letter from Employer is enough for submiting the application
