Subject: Re-entry after deportation due to conviction
  Short rundown...

My uncle was deported roughly 15 years ago due to several run-ins with the law. My family migrated here in the mid 70´s.
Now uncle has gone on with his life, cleaned up his act, and now has children, stable work, and does not like raising his kids where they are, and he wishes to be able to show them how great our country is, and give them a better chance than where they are now.

Is there anything he can apply for to see if re-entry is possible?

Im not familiar with immigration law, so i thought this would be a good place to start.

Thanks for all your help!

First he should of applied for a Pardon TEN years ago to eliminate the convictions if he starts now he should have that within a year.

Depending on the severity of the issues he may get Authorization to Return even if deported. AOR costs an additional $400.00 CA per applicant.

We have brought back several people who were removed. The issue is always in the details.
