Im joining a canadian university from May 2005. Is it possible to apply for PR from canada? If yes, How long it will take?

I dont think that you will get within 4 weeks,
It takes at least 12 months

my name pritha,...im an indonesian...
next year me n my husband plan to continue our study in canada (master degree)...the school only take 2 years to finish..
my question is...it is possible for me to apply PR with my husband where we are in Canada???
all and all the subject is almost the same,... How to apply PR from canada...and how long it will take??
