Subject: Spousal Sponsorship Question
  Hi to everybody... I have the following question:

In the form IMM1344, question 1:

If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want:

a. To withdraw your sponsorship (all processing fees less $75 will be repaid), or
b. To proceed with the application for permanent residence.


Should I select the option "a", or "b"???

Are there any probability to win an appeal if I am ineligible to sponsor?
