C´mon guys, let´s end these one-upmanship vindictive debates. It´s starting to take over this forum and looks embarrassing to newcomers genuinely looking for information. Are we getting some sort of satisfaction out of all this? Do we look like advisers or debaters competitively testing our skills and knowledge?
If my earlier comments offended anyone, sorry. But I´d like to move on.
I for one wouldn´t mind talking about upcoming Canadian politics and elections, and how this may affect immigration policy. The U.S. election campaign in progress is fascinating, although not directly related to Canada immigration, I know.
Nobody´s mind is going to be changed with statistics about Canada´s negatives. Ever country has them. There´s tons of other things good about about Canada to talk about.

I fully agree, and I tried to.
Major responsibility should be assumed by whoever started this. This wasn´t started with any particular issue or debate. This was started to attack a person.

As promised I´m not going back, though still I laugh thinking someone comparing USA/Canada stating how bad Florida like logic to proof me as a stupid. I really shouldn´t have spent any time there.

In general, Canadian immigration sites are one sided, either portray only bright side or only dark side. Because of DC/Raj & Sharon/Roy, in this forum we get to know both the sides presumably with an accurate statistics and facts.
Personally this site has helped me and my friends who are into Canadian Immigration. Not that any one dropped plans to immigrate but made us to enter Canada with realistic expectations.
Keep going albeit without personal attacks and confined to facts and statistics.

Dear Balki,
I appreciate your feedback on this and glad to know that you got the idea of what to expect. I am not here to discourage anyone. Just try to give an realistic idea. In fact if anbody decides not to immigrate just based on my words then I feel little guilty. There are many happy established immigrants there as well, who knows he could be one of those? Just talking with me he might have missed the chance of lifetime.
This simple matter my "friend´s can´t understand. I´m here not to spead horror stories, but to give realistic facts.
Everybody has the right to know what to expect. They are also most welcome to contribute there with realistic claims showing how well immigrants are doing, what % are living in what state in the soceity, ...What´s wrong?
Aapparently some persons are gaining from our positve "negetaive" discussions.
