I´am jordanian guy and i´am working in the gulf ; i got visa immigration with my family after 6 years of applied to immigrate.
i intend to make landing on canada and stay on it 3-4 weeks .
i need to answer two questions
1. how long it will takes to get the pr cards.
2. if i leave canada for some reasons for how long time can i stay outside canada without loosing RESIDENCY.

PR card usually arrives within 4 weeks. I can´t tell the exact time lilne.
You have to stay in Canada 730 days out of 5 years; that 730 days can be made of any combination. There may be few exception to it like if you work for any Canadian company overseas or stary with your Canadian citizen spouse.
