(in reply to: help me! want to know if i can be iincluded in the) Mazhar,
For the family class; CIC classifies "Dependent Children" who are even elder than age 22; provided that they are enrolled as a full time unmarried student, dependent and don´t have break of studies for more than 1 year OR have any disability.
I saw many immigrants came into Canada at the age of 27/29 sponsored by the family members.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-who.asp
Dependent children:
A son or daughter is dependent when the child:
is under the age of 22 and does not have a spouse or common-law partner
is a full-time student and is substantially dependent on a parent for financial support since before the age of 22, or since becoming a spouse or common-law partner (if this happened before age 22) or
is financially dependent on a parent since before the age of 22 because of a disability.
So for SW class the defintion of Dependent Children should also be same if I´m not mistaken. Anyone know for sure can tell beter.
