Hi all,
i wonder what you think of my situation: I came to Canada in sept.2002, as a graduate student. I was also at the time dating a Canadian, whom I had met in my home country, and have lived with him here since. Now we are applying for in-canada common-law sponsorship. Is there any danger that CIC will refuse me, thinking that I misrepresneted facts when applying for student visa? I did attend my program and completed it with good grades....
I am now worried about it.
thanks for your help.
