Dear Fellow friends and senior members,
I have been visiting this forum since 2006 and I have solved many of my problems by just looking into different threads.
This time I am stuck with something about which I have no idea.
I had an interview at Los Angeles Canadian consulate. She asked me so many questions and in last was satisfied with all given answers. She said she is satisfied and she will be back in sometime. She came back in the room after 20 minutes and now she was really in bad mood i presume that she had a fight with someone but now she said that she needs some kind of proof for the accreditation of my college. I had some papers, which I gave it to her then she said she needs a letter from my college and higher commission of education. I said ok I would provide you both.
I came back and now the problem starts the college I studied was closed 3 years ago because of some management conflicts. I came to USA 5 years ago I was in no contact with my old college. College still has a small office (where its really hard to get hold on someone my brother went there 5 times) but now higher education department and college itself is not issuing me any letter regarding the degree accreditation. College do issue recommendation letter but not the other one. I have tried everything but nothing worked. Please advise Thanks

Hi, Ministery of Education could provide you the paper ( if that was accredited). And an explanation why cann´t you provide the college paper. As far as I know that noone can certify himself...so Education board ( in some country of Asia, Education Board has the authorization)/ministery should provide a accredation letter.
