Dear all,
Does anyone have any advice on how to re-enter Canada to await the completion of my application? I currently have a common-law application in process. I was living in Canada proviously but returned to the UK to complete my application. I would like to return to Canada to be with my partner and my step-child. I was wondering if I will have problems re-entering. I intend to be honest with the person at the POE and explain that I have an appl for PR in process and that I wish to stay in Canada until it has been approved.
Any advise?
