Subject: An immigration story
I was born in canada , married and American woman, we lived in Atlanta then moved to miami, my case adjustment of status case was opened in Atlanta and had to be transfered to the miami office, i sent a letter and followed the rules. In 2003 i was offered a position in Costa Rica and went for the interview when i came back home i was refused entry into the us , then went through this amazingly digusting process of being almost arrested because of my brothers criminal record (which is quite long, we have the exactly same name by the way , blame my father). I was eventually allowed in and sent to INS for processing i filled for an I-130 and was allowed to go on my merry way how interesting, now if the story ended there but it doesnt, at the end of 2003 i lost my job , my work permit expired ( didn´t have the money to get a new one) and we were lost we had to move to canada, now in canada we were able to make a few things happen and get back on our feet now we want to go back to the us, ahh this is where the problems start i don´t want to just show up again and this time be sent back for real and now my case might have come up for interview and i might loose the whole thing. Your thoughts are welcome this is a continuing story so i will keep on posting to it ....
