I am sorry if you are feeling punished, it is not my intent.
you are chosing to post your question from a group of computers that are all linked to one IP address. That address has been the source of significant problems here on Canada City.
We have become very skeptical about how those computers are being used and by whom.
In amongst the garble, you actually did get an answer. I hope it helped you out. I am sure you are very concerned about your family.
If you have other questions, I would recommend that you will get a more neutral/favourable response if you choose to participate from another computer location.

Hello Sharon,
thanks for your kind advice. I appreaciate how you understand my problem. Someone recommended a lawyer by the name of Barbara Jackman in downtown Toronto, do you know her?
We had a Chinese Immigration Consultant for the refugee case but we want to change him.
We are not too familiar with people in Canada and we cannot go back to China because of family problems with politics there.

Thanks again but Roy was rude to me. He did not answer my problem, instead he posted some confusing things which i could not understand. we never was deported. what is a peeping tom? who is balwant? never heard of him.
Roy is too rude and insulting. that is no way to treat people with problems.
i can do without him now. i do not need to be insulted.

this was Roy´s advice - the InLand Manuals IP5 states you can make a simultaneous H&C application along with a refugee claim.
Yes, Roy could have said it dfferently but I attempted to explain the problem you are facing with your choice of computer. Peeping Tom and Balwant and Deportee are all identities that have or are currently posting from your school group of computers. I have no idea how many computer are there.
you are getting caught in the backlash and frustration.
