| Subject: sponsoring: name change |

I am going to get marry and brining my wife along with me on visitor visa (she already have one). Same day I will file her sponsoring case.
1) does she have to change passport? Bcoz on present passport she have all her other visas. Or she can apply on old passport with old name. Changing passport takes 6 month sometimes.
2) If she have to change name (after marriage name) can she do that w/o changing passport. What documents i/we have to submit for that... ?
please advice.

which country she belongs too
The best thing is to change the name in the pass port , Or an affidevit from the law about the change of name.
