Ok so my family´s been granted PR already yet we are waiting to receive our documents. It´s taking foreever and I can´t wait much longer because I plan on moving to another country to study, and I have so start with the process of requesting a student visa, etc. I know the process of obtaining a student visa can take months so I need to start as soon as possible, but I need my documents (passport, PR, etc.)!! So what can I do?

probably because whe don´t have an answer that will help you.
how long do you intend to be studying outside of Canada? How do you intend to maintain your residency?
