| Subject: am i safe if i get AOR BEFORE I LEAVE |

Hi all,
i had send my application on 18 feb 2008 to buffalo.
it returned back i resend it after correction.
Now its almost 2 weeks ,any idea when sould i expect AOR if all is ok.Secondly as expected we have to leave US in march end .
My worry is can i track my file if i get AOR before i leave and in case i do not return to US ,,honestly do not know what may happen :)
Any insight may help on what i can do.

You can call the bank and ask them if your demand draft has been encashed.
You can leave US but keep a mailing address in US for immigration purposes.

Yes keep the mailing address with arrangement to receive your immigration mail in back home. Best is to transfer the case to back home and relax their for a couple of years before starting new struggle in Canada.
