Is it ok to lodge my application w/out the ILETS result and have to submit it to CIC later? thanks.

understand, I´m no expert either -- but here´s my take:
the instructions are very clear that your applicatio will be returned if you do not include with the intial application proof of language ability. The proof can either be scores from an approved test, or a written statement documenting language ability. If you are not going to submit test scores with your application, you must provide a written statement. Then, at a later date, you can supplement your application with the test scores, when you receive them. But you can´t submit the application without some proof of language ability.

I strongly suggest u take this test and submit ur score along with ur app as it will expedite ur process and get u an interview waiver. Again try to get a score of 7 ponits in all four sections to get full points.
