I´m canadian immigrant(Winnipeg)citizen of India visited India on end of october 2007 for marriage.I got married before two months and now I´m returning Canada on 7th march . I wish to know some answer about immigration of my spouse ---
1. Which visa office will process file of my spouse as his forms will be submitted in Canada with my sponsorship forms ?
2. In Canada which visa office will process my file of sponsorship as I´m in Manitoba PR on PNP basis.I firstly reached Canada in FEB.2007
3. I have worked in Canada on part time basis for 6 months and now I will find work in canada with any new employer then what about my 12 months preceding income?

I assume that you are sponsoring your husband while you are in Canada and he is in India right?
Once you are approved as a sponsor, the CPC in Ontario will forward the file to New Delhi for further processing (your husband´s PR).
Income is not an issue in your situation.

i got married last month. my wife is a permanent resident in canada and im living in bangladesh. she is a student there. she doesnt have any income. can you tell me if she can sponsor me or not.
