| Subject: PR / Sin card |
I landed in Canada applied for SIN and PR card and had to return back . Both the cards have arrived at a friends house . Can I get him to FedEx this to me in US? Is it legal?

Yes, there is no problem. these are documents. Although both ar ethe property of teh government of Canada, youcan have the shipped to you as they are in your name.
