  Hell everyone,

I have one quick question. My fianc? has visited me for three times from USA to Canada. I would aslo like to visit her. I am just wondering how could I secure the visitor visa to travel to USA for visiting her ?

what requirements does the US embassy need from me ?

I appreciate your advice

Bel

From the information you´ve given, I don´t think you need a visa. Typically there is no need for a Canadian to get a visitor visa to enter the US. Canadians can stay up to 6 months in the US without obtaining any type of visa.

I visited my US fiancee dozens of times before we were married since she was within a reasonable driving distance and never needed anything other than my passport. It is possible you may have difficulties since there may be doubt you intend to return to Canada if you are visiting a fiancee, so have proof of employment or similar things when you go whether you have a visa or not.

you need a visa and you apply at the US embassy in Canada well in advance of your travel date, just as you would do in your home country.
