I am indian citizen married with canadian immigrant girl who is living with me now returning canada on 7th march2008 .Can I fill my PR forms and send these with her to canada? If I do so then in forms I have to fill that she is living with me currently and therefore her present address will be filled Indian whereas she is returning on 7th march 2008.Can we sign sponsorship agreement on a same date in India.

You can always update her address information with CIC once she settles in Canada again.

Harry your wife is returning to Canada in three days and she does not know where she will be staying??????
Your wife probably has friends or family who will be willing to provide a residential and mailing address. If you have done all of your Police Clearances and Medical you should be joining her in three months.
From your post you expect your wife to mail the forms/application once she returns to Canada, correct?
Make sure you prove the bond between the two of you and write a 12 font one page at least letter why your relationship is genuine and will continue. Your wife will be expected to write the same type of letter even though it is not a numbered question.

I have done every columns and medical as well as police clearance requirement but missed to write 12 font one page letter to prove the relationship is genuine which I will send within one or two day.She is living in Winnipeg on PNP sponsored basis.could I join her in three months?
