Subject: minimum income for spouse sponsorship
  Hi,
My net income was less than 10,000 in 2007 because I was trying to start my own business and did a lot of investing instead of earning money.
I am planning to get married this year and planning to sponsor my future wife(in china now) to canada.
But I am afriad my income from last year won?t be enough... what should I do?
any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!!

I have posted the actual regulation so many times that Sonny you need to find it yourself.

There is no minimum income required to sponsor a spouse/partner or a dependent child.

Go to www.cic.gc.ca find publications and look for the IRPR Immigration and refugee Protection Regulations.

Alex!

You find a post from March 2008 almost a year old to post your question by hitting reply. WOW!

You could of started a new thread but you hit search when you visited this site to ascertain if Income is an issue when sponsoring a spouse??????

Well done finding the original posting but why did you not read the original posting? DAH........................

You could of opened the link but you didn´t. DAH..............

I doubt very much if someone more clearly answered this posting of yours if you would understand the answer because you lack common sense. DAH, WHAT...................

DID YOU EVEN READ THE TITLE?????????

The good representatives help others to help themselves but for some reason ALEX I think your beyond help.
