How much time do they take to change address in the CAS page?
We sent an email 2 weeks ago and haven´t received any response yet. Is it normal?? We changed to a P.O. Box since local post doesn´t work very good.
Our office is Port-au-Prince.

I do n´t think they will bother to inform you about address change. Yes, you may check you application status on line.

But how long it will take to change it? with the email is enough or I have to send them a fax or something like that...?

Try sending a fax and your address on e-cas would be updated in about 1-2 weeks.
