does anybody know the requirements to get re entry visa from Buffalo?
i am on temporary working permit, and would like to take a vacation out of canada.

A friend lived in common law for over three years in a same sex relationship. He found out at 3.5 years that the person he was choosing to sponsor for immigration was not who he thought he was and for that reason withdrew his sponsorship. My friend is now being sued for %50 of what he owns by his ex who is not a citizen of the country and only living here on a working visa. My friend has since realized that his ex is a con artist and lyer and my friend is looking for a loop hole to be freed from this person. Does anyone know of any loop holes to get out of this situation, deport the person. It seems so unfair that my friend a hard working Canadian Citizen after being in a relationship for just over 3 years can be sued by a non-resident psychopath, anysuggestions?

dear sir and madam its me ambika adhikari i m from nepal.i m working in bc as a caregiver so i want to go nepal.so i need a re-entry visa but i dont know how i´ll get re-entry visa because we dont have canadian embessy in nepal .so plz help me how i´ll get re-entry visa ?

dear sir and madam,im only caregiver here in canada and my multiple visa is expired and i want to apply a re entry visa coz my employer want me to go with them going to florida and i dont know what to do about it, i wanna ask about applying a us visa and re entry visa what are the requirements and what am i going to do, please help me how to get those, thank you for ur kind consideration

REQUIREMENTS ACCORDING TO MY EXPERIENCE:
1. Application form from the web: IMM 5257:
2. Copy of work permit
3. Photo ( as specified)
4. Letter of employment...(might need to show this from your home country.
5. Letter from employer in support/ permission of your vacation outside Canada) specify date and year, so the officer could issue you visa with enough date inclusive.
6. Bank draft / for fee
7. T-4 copy...(financial support is one of the requirements)
8. Itinerary copy/ ticket copy
9. Document Checklist
10. Passport/ original.
mail it registered to:
Consulate General of Canada
HSBC Center Suite 3000
BUffalo New York
14203-2884
be sure to have your own copy of all these before sending to Buffalo and send it six weeks ahead of your vacation.
they usually issue the re entry visa after 30 days...but give some days/ 2 weeks allowance.
or: if you have not enough time to wait for six weeks. you may get from Manila/ Canada Embassy your re entry.

fee is 75: it will take a month. ask your employer for support letter of your vacation:
