hi,
Recently I got my H1B and have been in US since 28th March. My I-94 and Visa permits me stay in US till Mar 27 2007.
From the website I understand one should have been lawfully admitted to a country for atleast one year if I want to submit a PR application from that country.
Please let me know whether I can submit my Application from US.
