My wife is a canadian citizen and I?m applying for the family class PR. I need my wife?s permanent residence number & landing date to fill the forms but she has dumped the document after she got the citizenship. I was just wondering what we can do to get the PR number & the date?

(in reply to: My wife is a canadian citizen and I?m applyin...) Relax Nick you do not need that. Just fill in where her PR application was completed from. Take a copy of both sides of her card there is a number on it. Remember they are CIC the first "C" stands for Citizenship.

I also wanted to know that if I am doing an Inland Sponsorship and will be submitiing the forms myself, what should i do with the USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE FORM.
SHould I leave it out completely or should i put N/A on it?

(in reply to: My wife is a canadian citizen and I?m applyin...) You do not need to send that form. Leave it out.
Good luck!
