Subject: Skilled worker - H1 |
I am in US on H1 from last 2 years, Is being on H1 gives any advantage in getting the PR for Canada.
I am going to apply from Buffalo, what is the time limit I should expect for getting the PR for Canada.
Any more tips will be much appreciated .
Thanks

H1 (in reply to: Skilled worker - H1) H1, not really, you still have to go through all the point system when immigrating to Canada.

(in reply to: Skilled worker - H1) Well you get a few points for your work experience. Canadian PR may take about 2 years, but if you have good training you can also get PR in the US in 2-2.5 years. You are already in the US! Hire an attorney there? well good luck in any case.
