It is a good idea to get someone, doesn´t have to be a lawyer, so you could get certified immigration cancelour who can help you with this and will be cheaper then a lawyer. Simply to make sure you get all things right, otherwise if you don´t Canadian Immmigration will request that you correct whatever is not good but obviously this takes more time.
