How can I have any goods to follow declared if I have been recently processed as a permanent resident and becoming a became a landed immigrant within Canada less than 45 days ago?

You should have given the "goods to follow list" to the agent the same day that you became a landed immigrant.

What if I were to marry in 3 months after landing and I had not committed then? Requisite for use and possession, etc. would not apply- but how do I hand that out now?
