Hi Guys, My dad´s application for an extension of visa has been approved and application for PR on H&C grounds is in process. They asked me to submitt IMM 1283 which i have submitted around 20 days ago. It has been almost 4 months since i submitted my dad´s application for PR. What do you think an extension of visit is a postive sign because i mentioned in his application for extension that he needs extension because a decision on his application of PR is not yet rendered and he should be given time to stay in Canada and wait for a decision on his PR application. H&C & this visit extension people exchange information with each other or not? Just curious, if you have any information, please give me your feedback!

An H&C can take a long time sometimes. For as long as your Dad meets the IRPA conditions then there really is not need to worry. Does your Dad need to work or go back to school? He should be able to get a work permit and or study permit based on his H&C application.

Your lack of knowledge regarding Canadian Immigration issues is glaring!
No one including a spouse who has applied in-land will never get a work permit or student permit until approved stage one. Just because one submits a H&C application they do not receive temporary status just for applying for residency.
Compiling contact information is a silly way to create a client base.
Did you not see CBC News regarding the interpreter Dante charging Mexicans $1,500.00 for interpretation and taking them to a Lawyer to make a Refugee claim.
Better Scam then yours.

Roy, forget about anonymous comments. I knew his advice was complete nonsense and that is why i did not say any thing just to save a spot for a productive comments from somebody like yourself. Please comments on what i asked, please!
