Ey guys, put a bit of your knowledge here please, I have not been able to find these answers, thanks
1) What kind of document does my partner need (separated from his wife from 9 years) who has a legal feeding agreement to his two daughters? They will not yet accompanish us to Canada.
2) We both are living for almost two years and in june 2007 we stated in IMM008 form our relation as common law , but at the present, I and my previous husband have already signed our divorce, but i have not yet any paper to prove it. Which is my real marital status that I have to state in the up date forms? All documents must be sent before April 30, 2008. If I put divorced it will mean a delay and if i put common law will I be giving a false information?

I think, you can write "divorced; Papers awaited" and get papers as soon as possible.
