Hello all. Can anyone plz help me out a bit. I just want to know what all can i bring as goods to follow. Can i bring food stuff. If there is a website anyone one can lead me to.

what is your home country and where are you intending to live?
reason I ask this is that there is very little in terms of product and spices that you cannot find here from places like India, Pakistan, China, the Middle East.
eg. my guy brought me some Harissa from his home country, thinking he would not be able to find it here. The local mediteranean market had it - even the same brand.
smaller and more rural communities would have less selection.

Thanx for your reply sharon. Well i am coming from dubai and i am planning to be a part of vancouver. I am sure that a BIG city like vancouver would have all different kind of foods and essentials. and i also believe that it would me more expensive.So i just wanted to bring the foodstuff so that i can save some money till i find a suitable job.

you run several risks - border services may decide they don´t like what you brought and force you to throw it out - at which point you have cost yourself money instead of saved it.
You have no way of knowing how prices are going to compare. Groceries are not that expensive here.
