Hi,
do you think that with my education background I will get max. points of 25!
primary school 8 years
secondary school 4 years
Bachelor´s Degree 3 years
Master Degree 2 years
????

According to CIC information booklet...
´If you have a Master´s degree but have completed only 16 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points. If you have a four-year Bachelor´s degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points.´
Follow the chart on CIC website to determine your points... but you should be awarded ONLY 22

Hey... looking at the chart carefully... I think you may only get 20 points...
the booklet says that:
´A university degree of TWO YEARS OR MORE at the Bachelor´s level, AND AT LEAST 14 YEARS of full-time equivalent study; or
´A two-year diploma, trade certificate or aprenticeship and at least 14 years of full-time equivalent study" will award you 20 points
According to the chart in order to get the full 25 points you must have Master´s or PhD AND AT LEAST 17 YEARS OF FULL-TIME equivalent study.... you only have 15...
To get 22 points you must have TWO OR MORE university degrees at the Bachelor´s level and at least 15 years of full-time study OR
A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time equivalent study....

I am sorry Speedoflight! I forgot to add your 2 years of Master´s Degree studies... sorry!
Now with that you are absolutly correct you get 17yrs of full-time studies... add that to your Master´s and you get your 25 points! I am really sorry!
the booklet says you get 25 points if you have:
´Master´s or PhD AND at least 17 years of full-time equivalent studies´
So award yourself your well deserved 25 points for all your hard work in school!
