I am mechanical engineer plus MBA degree with 14 years experience in managerial position. What are the prospects of immigration.What are the chances of getting till the immigration process matures.Please guide me how to find jobs know.

the wait is very long. 5+ years. You should see if you can find a work permit opportunity or job offer that could speed things up for you.
