Hi,
Can I get you a piece of advice?
My wife applied for ?Spousal Work Permit? last Nov. 07, together with my 3 kid?s ?Study Permit?? I?m a Registered Nurse with a permanent fulltime job in Saskatchewan..
August 2007 ? my wife took a Care Giver Course (8 mos. Course)
She included in the application form that she?s taking up a Care Giver Program
February 2008 ? my wife stop attending classes because there?s nobody to look after our kids.
March 19 2008- CIC Manila sends a letter asking for my wife?s:
? School Certificate for the Care giver Program
? Training Certificate for the Care giver Program
? Work Certificate for the Care giver Program
All these documents must be submitted within 45 days..
We didn?t managed to inform CIC manila that my wife stop attending the course.
My wife has no work experience at all, just looking after our kids ever since. She got up to 2nd year of college.
Is it ok to just write a letter to CIC manila and explain what we cannot produce the requested documents on time?
Will these non-compliance will cause my wife and kids visa denial?
I deeply appreciate any piece of advice.
