work visa after usa deportation (in reply to: ...)
hello i was living in the USA for 6 years requesting for asilum but it was denny and i was deported last february can i get visa to work in canada, my intention is immigrate to Cannada but the residence processing time is to long from my Country Colombia.
my question is if can i apply to work visa during the process of the apllication for the resident ?.
I might be able to get a job offer from a company in Cannada.

It all depends..... what do you do for living?
If you have a job offer and depending on the province, it will be worth it to look at the "Provincial Nominee" program.

As long as your future employer is willing to go through the whole process.
